Michelle Rowe is a Newfoundland artist who has been painting for over 20 years. She produces Newfoundland realism in Acrylic, Watercolour and Oil. Michelle is an active member of the Newfoundland Art Association (ANNL), Realist Artists of NL (RANAL) & Co-organizer of The Avalon Artist Group (TAAG). Her work is found in local gift stores, galleries, restaurants & B&B's. Her work has been on display in the cultural facility The Rooms located in St. John’s, NL. Michelle's commissioned pieces can be found provincially and nationally. In 1999, she opened Michelle’s Fine Art Studio where she teaches art to youth and adults in painting, sketching and sculpting. Her Studio is located in the town of Carbonear located on the Avalon Peninsula. Michelle is dedicated to the education and preservation of Newfoundland Culture through Art.
